Since joining the Eskimos, Burnett recorded 104 defensive tackles, three special teams tackles, seven interceptions for two touchdowns and a fumble recovery for a touchdown. He also returned 39 kickoffs for 789 yards and 85 punts for 731 yards. During his rookie season in 2012, Burnett recorded a team-leading seven knockdowns and league-leading six interceptions.
