Manchester, England (SportsNetwork.com) - Manchester City have extended midfielder Frank Lampards loan deal until the end of the 2014-15 season, the defending Premier League champions confirmed on Wednesday. Lampard, 36, originally signed a six-month loan with the Citizens after leaving Chelsea to sign with Major League Soccer expansion side New York City FC, but will now stay in Manchester through the end of the season, missing the start of the MLS season in March. Manchester City can confirm that it has extended Frank Lampards contract up to the end of Manchester Citys season, enabling his continued participation in both domestic and European campaigns, the club said in a statement. After play rotated between the Arthur Hills Course and the Rees Jones Course at LPGA International the first four rounds, the final round was contested on the Jones Course. Ariya Jutanugarn posted a 1-under 71 on Sunday and she gained a share of third place at minus-9. She ended alongside Maria Hernandez (75). Jutanugarn was one of 11 players to break par in the final round. Ryann OToole, who played on the 2011 U.S. Solheim Cup team, shot 2-under 70. She ended alone in fifth place at 8-under 352.
